Wadhwani AI, a leading non-profit institute building responsible, population-scale artificial intelligence solutions for public good, will participate in the India AI Impact Summit 2026, scheduled to be held from February 16 to 20, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The summit will bring together policymakers, global AI leaders, industry experts, and development institutions to deliberate on the future of artificial intelligence in India and globally.
Through a sustained focus on building and embedding AI solutions within public systems, Wadhwani AI is contributing towards strengthening healthcare delivery at scale across India. This work has been recognised in The Economic Survey of India 2025–26, tabled by the Hon’ble Finance Minister in Parliament. The Economic Survey, the Government of India’s flagship annual document reviewing the country’s economic progress and policy initiatives, has mentioned Wadhwani AI’s solutions deployed in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, underscoring the growing role of AI in public systems.
Wadhwani AI builds solutions for real-world constraints and last-mile delivery. As of January 2026, its solutions have reached over 190 million individuals across healthcare, agriculture, and education. An AI-powered clinical decision support system integrated into eSanjeevani, a real-time disease surveillance tool used at the National Centre for Disease Control that scans over 35,000 media sources in multiple languages, and screening tools for tuberculosis and other conditions are strengthening early detection and response in India’s public health system. In education, an AI-driven reading fluency tool has assessed 7.9 million students, giving teachers actionable insights to improve learning outcomes. In agriculture, AI-driven farmer support solutions have enabled the redressal of over 5 million farmer grievances and supported more than 1 million farmers through voice-first data capture, AI-based pest and disease diagnostics, and multilingual advisory systems integrated into government and partner platforms.
