At the Smart City Summit & Expo (SCSE) 2026, Ancillary Power presented its latest innovations in AI driven energy management and smart charging infrastructure, positioning itself as a key player in enabling flexible, low carbon urban energy systems.
The exhibit focused on the integration of city energy resilience with AI based intelligent dispatch systems, demonstrating how urban power networks can be optimised in real time to balance demand, improve efficiency, and support the transition to net zero.
A central highlight of the pavilion was Ancillary Power’s smart charging station solutions, designed to support the growing adoption of electric vehicles across cities. The company showcased how AI enabled charging systems can dynamically manage power loads, reduce grid stress, and enhance user accessibility through intelligent scheduling and demand response mechanisms.
Through its platform, Ancillary Power aims to unlock new value in the electricity trading market, enabling more flexible participation from distributed energy resources while improving overall grid stability.
The company also introduced its AI powered energy aggregation and optimisation capabilities, which bring together multiple energy sources, storage systems, and consumption points into a unified management framework. This allows cities and enterprises to monitor, predict, and adjust energy usage in real time, improving both cost efficiency and sustainability outcomes.
Visitors were presented with practical use cases demonstrating how urban energy systems can evolve from static supply models to adaptive, data driven ecosystems, supporting renewable integration, peak load management, and carbon reduction targets.
Ancillary Power further emphasised the importance of energy flexibility as a service, where cities can leverage digital platforms to orchestrate distributed energy assets, from EV charging networks to renewable generation, into a coordinated and responsive system.
As cities accelerate towards electrification and decarbonisation, the company’s solutions highlight the critical role of AI in managing increasingly complex energy networks, ensuring reliability while enabling cleaner energy adoption.
The showcase aligns closely with the broader themes of the Smart City Summit, where energy transition, digital infrastructure, and sustainability converge to shape the future of urban environments.
With its focus on intelligent energy dispatch, EV infrastructure, and grid optimisation, Ancillary Power is contributing to the development of resilient, efficient, and net zero ready cities, reinforcing Taiwan’s position at the forefront of smart energy innovation.
